A sign of things to come

Since when is a heat wave considered cool? I guess many years of New England winters set my temperature scale a little differently from the Thai Meteorological Department. Or maybe they’re just preparing us for climate change…

    According to World Meteorological Organization, Bangkok is hottest city in the world given its temp year round. This is the “coldest” winter we’ve had in years.
